Winter

Season start for the winter season 2022/23 is Thursday December 8, 2022. The season ends on April 10, 2022. We are looking forward to your visit!

Looking forward to a wonderful experience!

Enjoyable carving and boarding in the trendiest ski resort in the region - the Kreischberg thrilled with his wonderfully wide, 40 km of perfectly groomed slopes! The hit is the new 10-seater gondola: it brings guests easily and quickly from 1.600 to 2.050 meters above sea level. From the mountain station you can directly reach the slopes at the Rosenkranz, the six-pack chairlift and at the sun lifts.
Not to forget the special Kreischberg "Extras": speed run, permanent racing-piste, tubing arena, trampoline, Yabaa Dabba Doo land and Dino forest. Magic Carpet, babylift and mini-wave slope prepare the littles for a good start on the Kreischi-Lift.

The valley station of the gondola is only 150 meters from the chalet and in the evening you can reach the chalet (depending on snow conditions) directly from the ski slopes.

Tubing

The Kreischberg offers you even more fun! In addition to skiing and snowboarding on 40 km of pistes, the choice of many other activities is the proverbial "icing on the cake" to a day of skiing on the Kreischberg.
Tubing is simply a "must" for people of all ages at the gondola lift mountain terminal. You whizz about 200 m down the mountainside on a snow tube along three secured slopes and are brought to a gentle halt by a counter slope. A comfortable tubing lift takes you back up to the top.

Permanent Racecourse

On the permanent racecourse you can try out your racing skills, the time it takes you to negotiate the 20 poles or so is automatically measured.

Speed course

Life accelerates on the speed course: your speed is measured on a steep slope which is about 100 m long. This is a superb opportunity for you to stage a "speed contest" with friends. Incidentally, speeds of over 80 km/h have been measured here... use of the speed course is free!

Tobogganing Run

The Kreischberg tobogganing run is extremely popular among people of all ages - and a welcome addition to skiing & snowboarding!
It is located around the valley run and is about 1.2 km in length.
Simply take the comfortable and convenient 4-seater chairlift to get to the top and you're ready to embark on some sensational sledging! The tobogganing run leads straight back to the valley terminal, and there are plenty of opportunities to stop off at an alpine hut for refreshments on the way.
Depending on the snow conditions, the tobogganing run is open daily from 9 am to 4 pm during the holiday periods and on Saturdays and Sundays at other times.
You can hire toboggans from Intersport Rent at the valley terminal or Sport Suli in St. Lorenzen/M.

Cross-Country Skiing

The Kreischberg high altitude cross-country trail can be found at an altitude of 1,800 m above sea level. This outstanding, snow-assured circuit is wonderfully romantic as it winds its way through the pine forest.
After riding up on the gondola lift you reach the start of the 2.5 km long circular route which is located right next to the mountain terminal.
Use of the cross-country trail is free - you only pay for the ride up and down on the gondola lift.

Also the range of children's activities on the Kreischberg is amazing!

Trampoline

For limbering up or simply because it's fun - the Kreischi trampoline is a must on every skiing day!

Dinosaur Park

Right by the Kreischi lift you can go into the pine forest and enter the world of the dinosaurs. But don't worry - the dinosaurs on the Kreischberg are good-natured monsters.

Yabaa Dabba Doo-Land

Up you go to see Fred, Barney and Wilma! The Flintstones await you at the "Sun" lifts mountain terminal.

A Skiing Start for the Little Ones

Where else are first turns in the snow so easy to learn than on the Kreischberg? The little ones start in "Children's World" with its magic carpet, baby lift and mini-mogul. Afterwards, parents and children meet up at the Kreischi lift!
